My paintings are inspired by my complete fascination with all things wild. I like to think of them as statement pieces.
There is something so magical that happens each time that I encounter an animal. The light, the color, the eyes… but it is those things that aren’t always readily visible that attract my attention the most.
The awareness of place, of co-existence, survival, I feel something from each encounter. And somewhere in all of that, love exists.
My intention is to capture the spirit of each animal as I see it and in turn leave a soulful piece of art to the world.
